	The bathroom was smelly

	Noisy rooftop generator made our nights miserable. noisy window airconditioner unusable, so uncomfortable nights. everything in this hotel is very basic. only one pillow each, asked for more and they only had one! found the fridge in the room very handy. could supplement the very basic breakfast with fruit and yogurt from nearby supermarket.

	Location was convenient. staff was helpful and friendly. room was on the 4th floor, but elevator only went to 3. hotel advertised free parking, but we had to park across the street for $8/day.

	Bed wasn't terribly comfortable.. great location... housekeeping staff were extraordinarily friendly.

	La chambre était vraiment très sale :moquette tachée (impossible de décrire à quel point) il ne semblait plus qu'un cm puisse être propre !!!

	Hotel was in a downtown area and the parking was very limited and hard to access. the room was clean but the hallways and the hotel in general needed updating/cleaning. the most unsettling part was encountering street people looking for handouts just outside the hotel and when accessing the parking area at the rear of the hotel.

	Nice hotel, smart location, the rooms on upper levels seemed better. some minor problems: the corridors were too brightly illuminated at night and the light (and some noise) poured through the doors. the heat insulation is probably good for the winter, but in a summer time, the room was quite too warm. but the whole was quite a good surprise, considering the price asked and quality offered.

	It is a sweet quaint hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect for us. overall, as first time visitors to montreal, it was superb!!! a big thank you to all st. andre hotel staff. you were great!!!

	Bruit exterieur permament mauvaise insonoration. salle de bain mal nettoyee

	Just misses being a quality european-style hotel. all desk personnel are superb, but the property needs to be reevaluated for its aesthetic value. other properties offer more for the same money. location is what sustains this property i suspect.

	Nice, clean, budget friendly, great location, wonderful friendly, helpful staff, great restaurant (little saigon) across the street.walking distance to china town and old montreal .would recommend to anyone
