Comentario : Aucun point négatif même si nous avons eu un petit souci de téléphone.
Rapport qualité/prix tout a fait excellent surtout avec la réservation en ligne.
A recommander sauf bien sûr si on veut être tout à fait au centre ville mais on est à 100 métres du métro.

Comentario : J'ai souligné que le lit manquait de fermeté et avait tendance à creuser au centre. De plus, l'image télé était très neigeuse. Finalement, l'aménagement du bain ne permet pas de se relever aisément . Selon mon avis, cet hôtel ne mérite pas la cote sur laquelle je me suis fiée pour la réservation et apparaissant sur le Net.

Comentario : The room was very econimic by good thinking. Everything you did need and even more, you could find. And everything was so clean! I enjoyed that very much. On my advise, my son is now also going for a four days stay in the hotel at the end of december with his girlfriend after finishing his study at the university of Saint John/New Brunswick

Petit problème: j'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver la sortie du stationnement souterrain. L'indication SORTIE en rouge nous dirige vers l'entrée.

Comentario : Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la carte de crédit à cause du terminal de l'hôtel. Plutôt que de contacter le service à la clientèle, le préposé (de nuit) a insinué que nous n'avions pas d'argent pour payer. Après avoir accepté de payer avec la carte de débit, la transaction ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Nous avons dit qu'il était alors évident que le problème était le terminal mais le préposé continuait d'insinuer que nous n'avions pas de fonds dans notre compte et que Desjardins avait bloqué nous cartes !! J'ai insisté pour qu'il contacte le service à la clientèle de Visa pour le passer de façon "manuelle" et tout s'est finalement réglé... Aucune excuse de la part du préposé cependant...

Comentario : The room was spacious. The staff friendly and accommodating. We were within easy walking distance of Vieux-Montreal. We would stay at Hotel LaBell on our next visit to Montreal. Breakfast had numerous choices.

Comentario : For the price, the room quality and the fact that there was a kitchenette in the room, this was a good hotel deal, as it is steps to the Metro and Old Montreal, but after 10pm, one needs to get assistance finding best walking path to and from the hotel as neighborhood was intimidating at night (homelessness, panhandling, observable drug usage). Daytime desk staff were more helpful and knowledgable than late night staff. This was important piece as we had to check in late. breakfast was substantial and tasty.

Comentario : The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, able to answer all my questions, had tack and diplomacy and always acknowledge me when they saw me. The people running the breakfast were efficient. Fresh food put out in a timely fashion. The tables were clean, neat and presentable. They were a little shy but perhaps that was because they spoke French and I English. The value was exceptional, too, because I travelled in the "high season" .

Comentario : The hotel was nice and in a good location for the things we went to see (La Ronde, downtown, ect.) but it was not on a nice street. The parking was pretty cramped too, not easy to get in or out of. The staff was all very nice and helpful and the breakfast had a good selection. The room was nice and had everything we needed and more.
