NEAR THE OLD PORT: This Beaux Arts hotel is surrounded by Old Montréal’s architectural treasures, two blocks from the Old Port’s attractions and two km (one mile) from the Musée de Beaux-Arts. ULTRACHIC RESTAURANT: Popular with local foodies and celebrities, Cube restaurant serves market-fresh nouvelle cuisine in a sleek setting; a second-floor atrium lounge provides a quieter atmosphere. WHAT TO EXPECT: After entering through Hotel St Paul´s century-old façade, guests find themselves in the minimalist, marble-floored lobby.
